I'm Jen Smith.
I'm a Missouri born girl, posted up in beautiful San Diego. A little back story for you all.... doing hair is actually a second career choice for me. I originally was studying to be a nurse, but ended up graduating with a Bachelors in Business Marketing from the University of Missouri. I've always had a passion for doing hair since a young age, but decided to go the traditional route of college.
I moved out to San Diego in 2008, which was always a dream of mine. That's when I decided to make my hobby a career, and since that day my job of doing hair has never felt like work to me!
When I'm not at the salon, you can find me hanging out with my family at the beach or taking my kids to all their different activities. It makes me happy that I get to raise them in such a beautiful place as San Diego where we can be outside all year long!
I love to specialize in hair extensions for real life and creating the perfect haircolor for your style and maintenance. My passion is for every woman who sits in my chair to leave the salon looking and feeling confident by creating hair that fits their lifestyle and personality.
I'm a huge fan of constant growth through education and communication. You can frequently find me taking some sort of class to refine my skills, working on a new technique or just straight up laughing and having a good time with my team in the salon.
